Short Let - Luxury New-Build 2 Bed/2 Bath Flat

We will be away from mid-November through the month of February, and are looking to sublet our flat during this time.

Our home is a 2 bedroom new-build flat in north London, which is furnished to the highest standard in a soft, contemporary style. One bedroom features a luxurious super king-size bed and Smart TV for nighttime viewings, and the other includes an en-suite shower room with a 10,000 pocket sprung king-size bed and desk.

You will have sole use of to a fully equipped kitchen and light-filled open plan living room.

Our nearest underground station is Hendon Central on the Northern Line.

The flat is situated in a small building of 9 flats, recently completed in 2017. We have guest parking on-site, and the flat overlooks an expansive park with a wonderful cafe, playground and dog park.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything for your use, including a fantastic bean-to-cup coffee maker.

The flat has underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout, so you will always be at your perfect temperature, no matter the weather!

The flat is lived in when not rented out, so there will be some personal effects here.

Please note that although our flat is extremely well-insulated, we are next to a busy road and experience some white noise in the background.

We have some flexibility on dates, but are looking for someone to rent the flat for the months of December and January. Please contact us for more information! Sorry - we are looking for short lets only!
