Double Room available in Hendon Flat share

Hi my name is Kyle,

The flat has a:
-One Kitchen,
-One Bathroom Bathtub/Shower,
-Separate living-room
-Balcony view.
-Parking.
-Two double rooms 1of2 available.

There is a double room next to mine which is bigger and more suitable for a couple or single person.

The nearest transport networks are:
-Hendon central station within 5-10 mins walk
-Bus within 2 mins walk

Local stores include:
-Tesco Metro within 2 mins
-Royal Mail Postal Office within 2 mins
-M&S Petrol Station within 1 min drive
-24h convenience stores within 2 mins
-24h ATM machines within 2 mins

Idealy since I would be organizing the change of tenants I would prefer for a couple to move in and take the current couples place however a single person can share this with me if they want.

In terms of bills they can be divided and negotiated between us. I've listed a breakdown below of the average bill cost per calender month, this is included in the asking price above:

Council tax: £110
Gas/Elec: £80
Water: £25
T. v: £12
Broadband: £20 (Must find new supplier as current contract in leaving tenants name)

So as you can see if we divide this amongst three people we would get to share a great place for an equal price.

Together that's £511.66 (incl bills) per person!

It would be in my greatest interest to seek a professional couple or single person willing to share this amazing place with me that has much history to it!

About me:
I've been living here now since the end of July last year and established here after being constantly on the go and just never have found a place to settle down in but I believe foundations are important. I hope to build myself up here and move on eventually once I peak progression at work and a promotion really isn't honestly too far away from me hitting.

I work for Utility Warehouse as a call centre coach and really do take pride in my job so 5 days a week I'm mostly not here and the occassional overtime but I do spend mostly evenings and of course sleep here!

I Can help provide household supplies and I am currently putting aside extra to cover any things we may need for the near future when change of tenants goes ahead such as furniture etc if we decide to make changes of our own.

I am looking to have someone in here by 1st April or anytime after. This is a great opportunity for single person or a couple to call a place a home. I am quite sociable, I pay Bill's on time, I respect personal space and I am a mature young man who is just simply trying to make it up in the world! I do hobbies like Youtube/Gaming, Fitness, Healthy-eating, I workout a lot and I do like an occassional drink every now and then!
