Hello All!

I am seeking a flatmate for my lovely Victorian flat which has a parking space, patio and large built in closets (unheard of in London!!) Please be considerate, friendly, clean and happy to share a space and have a laugh.

Yours would be a furnished room, double bed, new mattress only a year old, built in huge floor to ceiling closets (YES!!) two smaller cupboards for drawers and big window that overlooks the patio.

I do have a cat, she is a very sweet and friendly Russian blue so you must be ok with her as a 3rd tiny roommate who may want to sit in your lap. Also would love to find someone who would pet sit if i am on a work trip. If this isnt something you want to do I have pet sitters so don’t worry.

I am friendly, like a nice glass of wine or two and would like to get along with who i share. Its important to me to have peace at home and be friends with who i live with.

Please feel free to ask any questions. I work during the day and around on the wkends to explore museums, festivals, art shows, plays and gigs.

You would need to sign a lease contract with the letting agent and get a background check done. Fees for this are determined by the agent but you then have a secure place to live :)
