The flat has a large balcony, 50" TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. Right by Brockwell Park - 10 minutes walk from Herne Hill station - with Brixton, East Dulwich and West Norwood all within 25 mins walk or a short bus ride.
Monthly rent = £733 + bills approx £130pm (Sky TV, broadband, Gas, Electricity, Water, TV licence, Council Tax + fortnightly cleaner).
