We are looking for a new flatmate to replace me in our house in Herne Hill.
The room is a large double with lots of storage space: two built in wardrobes, a large chest of drawers and desk. The room benefits from two large windows and is on the top floor.
The house itself is huge: kitchen with breakfast bar (and dishwasher), large lounge with two sofas and dining table, two bathrooms, and three large double bedrooms. The house is double glazed.
I am leaving behind two lovely housemates:
Ruth - Ruth is 29 and works in Sports PR. She enjoys cycling, bottomless brunches and reality TV!
Tom - Tom is 24 and a criminal lawyer. He enjoys gaming and raquet sports.
Ruth and Tom are both very sociable and enjoy spending time in the local pubs and Herne Hill market.
