We have a double room to rent in a four-bedroom house in Herne Hill. It is a 10 minute walk from Herne Hill and North Dulwich stations and Brixton Tube a 20 minute walk.
We have a large garden which is great in the summer for BBQs. There is a separate kitchen and lounge which are both a good size.
We are looking for someone to move as soon as is possible. We work hard during the week but at the weekends we socialise and enjoy our friends coming over for drinks.
We are looking for a like-minded person who is looking for a home rather than just a room to live in.
The rent is £630 per month excluding bills (council tax is included in the rent but may increase slightly year upon year). The utility bills will vary dependent on season and there are no agency or landlord fees.
