Due to one flatmate (me) moving closer to a new job and another flatmate (the lucky one) going travelling we have 2 rooms available in a quiet area between Brixton and Herne Hill.
The house is split over 3 floors compromising of 3 bedrooms and main bathroom on the downstairs, a kitchen and second bathroom in the middle and a large living room with a rooftop terrace on the top. The house has plenty of storage, two fridges and a freezer which we all share.
Bills are £100 per month additional to the £633 rent which covers everything, including a cleaner every other week.
Flatmate that is staying is super nice and chilled, she's been living at the flat for couple of years now and looks after the bills.
