Beautiful bright double room in spacious house

A lovely, light double room (with a view) available from now, in a beautiful big spacious victorian renewed house. One sad to be leaving! The room comes furnished.

The house is very spacious and set on three floors, it has two bathrooms so each shared only between two people. (Shower and separate toilet). Double glazed windows also!

It is equipped with everything you could need: good central heating, large living room /dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, two fridges and a cellar for extra storage. We boast of a gorgeous garden and patio/deck for the summer months.
Bills are not included and come to maximum £150 (but often less) in winter. In summer they are more like £80.

The area itself is perfect, only a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop and approx 8-10 min walk to Herne Hill station with all the pubs, restaurants and joys of Herne Hill. We have a garden centre and newsagents at the end of the road and Brockwell Park entrance is literally around the corner too. Brixton, Dulwich and Peckham are a stones throw away too.

Our landlord lives abroad but is the perfect combination of relaxed yet will get things done if needs be.

Current housemates Oliver, Anne and Anne are professionals who like to socialise but also have their own lives working Monday to Friday.
