We have a double room available in our fantastic flat share at the end of March. The room is furnished with double bed, mattress and wardrobe.

The flat is in a truly amazing location, situated almost exactly in the middle of Herne Hill station (7/8 min walk) and North Dulwich (5 min walk). You have Dulwich Park close by if you like to run etc, and also of course Brockwell Park. The No 37 bus stop is around 150 metres from the front door, and takes you to Brixton station (Victoria Line) then on to Clapham, Putney etc. The other direction takes you to East Dulwich & Peckham.

The flat is set over two floors with the available room at the back of the house (so nice and quiet). It’s neutrally decorated and in great condition with good carpets, underfloor heating, strong reliable showers, dishwasher, washing machine and is generally warm and cosy. Did I mention the flat is above a wine shop?!

The rest of the flat consists of an open plan 'L' shaped kitchen, diner and lounge. The room shares a bathroom with one other room so you’ll only be sharing with one other person.

You’ll be living with Hannah and Guy. We're a couple (27 and 30) and work in HR and Sales. And Chloe, who's a Graphic Designer. During the week we are low key, cooking in most nights, maybe going to the gym, or maybe out for dinner, usual stuff really. Weekends are normally pretty busy, Sundays we like to stroll to HH market and then do a lap of Brockwell Park (usually stopping for a pint on the way round!).

We absolutely love Herne Hill, it's got a great vibe, good mix of people, excellent local pubs, cafes, restaurants and beautiful Brockwell Park. There is even a Lido if you’re feeling brave.

Rent is £725 per month. Bills are about £75 a month each max . Deposit is £1004. There are some additional fees (the usual referencing and inventory and suchlike) but just message us for details.
