Bright small double room in Herne Hill

Hi,

We are moving into this lovely clean and modern flat in Herne Hill and are looking for a third person to move into the small double room. The rent is £570 and bills would come to £90 a month.
The room:
It's currently an unfurnished small double room but we are considering buying a bed frame. Although the room is quite small, there is a large build in wardrobe and lots of storage space in the flat to use!

About us:
We are two young professionals with 9-5 jobs. We tend to have quiet evenings in on weekdays, but at the weekend we make the most of London and our local area (especially the Sunday market and Brixton village). We get along well, enjoy having chats about our day in the kitchen, sometimes going out for food or drinks. We'd love to find a likeminded housemate who is looking for a place to call home - and preferably someone who could be persuaded to share a bottle of wine whilst watching TV with us.

The area:
A Farmers Market sets up every Sunday in the square and Brockwell park, along with Brockwell lido, are a10 minute walk away. All of the culinary delights await you in Brixton an whilst the flat is tucked away from the buzz, there are so many good pubs, bars and music venues. Sainsbury’s local and Tesco express are right next to Herne hill Station, and the High St is studded with independent retailers. A few bus routes go right by us, going to Peckham, Camberwell and East Dulwich, including night buses.
