We are looking for a new fantastic housemate to move in to our lovely, large, 4-bedroom house in the heart of Herne Hill.

We are three professionals, 2 female & 1 male in our 30s looking for a 4th person to move in at the start of May. It's the kind of place where people stay for a long time (one of us has lived here several years) as it's brilliantly located for transport and amenities, as well as being a comfortable, welcoming space. We're located 1 minute walk to Herne Hill train station (10 minutes on the train into Victoria; 12 minutes to Blackfriars and City), and there is a bus stop pretty much outside the front door (5 minutes on the bus to the centre of Brixton, which is also less than a 15 minute walk). The amazing Brockwell Park, where we make the most of the Lido and the odd attempt at Park Run, is just over the road, serving as our front garden. ;) Downstairs are all the local shops, including a supermarket which is open until late.

We're looking for an easy-going, clean & tidy, professional housemate who will love living here as much as we do. We enjoy some socialising/Netflix bingeing/cooking together, but also the house is big enough to all have our own space when needed and not be on top of each other!

The room itself is a medium double at the back of the house on the first floor, quiet and attracts the midday sun. It is unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished, including comfortable large living room and kitchen. We have two bathrooms, plus one additional downstairs toilet. The rent is £670 per month which includes all bills. We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight at an additional cost of £9 each.

The room is available from 1st of May! We will likely be viewings starting week commencing 16th March.
