I'm looking for someone to move in to my lovely top-floor flat available from 1st September.

The room is a double with built in cupboard and shelving - recently re-painted. The flat has a separate living room and kitchen and outside access onto a balcony and shared communal garden.

The location is great! It's 2 minute walk to Herne Hill train station and Brockwell park is right on your doorstep!

You'll be sharing with Chris, who is a great flatmate - very chilled, works full-time. Would prefer someone who does not work from home. Enjoys cooking and a few drinks every now and again.

I've lived here for the last 5 years and really liked living here, I will be sad to leave!

Rent = £505 + bills which work out approx £95 a month including: Council Tax, Water, Sky Broadband, TV Licence - Gas and Electric bills are quarterly and split 50/50.

Flat is managed by a letting agency who require: Passport, NI number, 3 months bank statements / payslips, Landlord ref and admin fee.
