Single bed, double room, MON-FRI inZone 2

I have a good-sized room to rent M-F in Herne Hill. I have two teenage children who are here on some weekends and part of the school holidays. Currently the room doubles as my office, so there will be some of my paperwork in there but you have your own closet, desk and TV.

The street is amazingly quiet and the house has large front and rear gardens. I have had lodgers for 10 years and none have stayed less than two years. There's a cleaner once every two weeks and you're free to use my linens and towels. I have one other lodger who only stays two nights a week. It's also well connected with trains to Victoria. London Bridge, Blackfriars, King's Cross, and overground to Clapham Junction and Shoreditch. The P4 takes you quickly to Brixton tube your you can walk it in about 15-20 minutes.

Downstairs is open plan and while you're free to use the kitchen and living room it's not a great set up for someone whose idea of relaxing is cooking a gourmet meal. Ideal for someone who needs a clean, safe comfortable room during the week. The bottom bunk has an expensive mattress with memory foam, pretty much the most comfortable bed in the house.

I'm a writer, often out in the evenings. It's usually extremely quiet, with the rare exception of when the kids are home at half term or the holidays. Even then, they tend to sleep late and socialise out of the house. There's two loos, one shower and I sleep late so no queuing for the shower in the morning.
