We have 1 lovely double room to rent in our house in Loughborough Junction. The house is amazing with a homey and spacious living room which is connected to a dining area. The kitchen has a washer, dryer and dishwasher and we also have a garden with BBQ and also a separate balcony. In total there are 3 bedrooms and 1 big family bathroom with a combined bath / shower.
The house is in a great location - a 3 minute walk from Loughborough Junction train station and 12 minutes from Brixton tube and about 15 from Herne Hill station. We are super close to Ruskin park and Brockwell park too, a 10 minute walk from Camberwell, and 30 minutes to Peckham.
You'd be sharing with Grace, 29 who works for a talent agency and George, 25 who is working in the city. We're good friends and very sociable but also like doing our thing and are both generally quite busy with work or out seeing friends.
