Looking for a housemate - Brixton/Herne Hill

I am looking for a new housemate to move into my flat.

Due to unforeseen circumstances my amazing housemate is having to move out of London. She moved in 5 months ago and we’ve become such good friends. I really enjoy cooking together and binging on Netflix with wine together after work.

About me:
I am 29 years old and I work Monday-Friday for L’Oreal in Hammersmith (Currently working from home - split between the flat and my parents office 50/50). I like to workout out and chill in front of the TV as well as socialising with my friends in the area (Currently at a distance). Basically a good mix of chilling and doing things.

As I will be working a lot I would like a housemate who is respectful of working hours (i. e. no massive parties in the middle of the week) but also who I can hopefully form a friendship with! I love to cook and it would be really nice to have a housemate to share meals with occasionally and not just feel like total strangers.

Also during Corona I see to have adopted a load of plant babies. So someone who doesn’t mind misting the plants every now and again would be great. I’m also constantly doing the flat up so somebody creative who takes pride in their home would also be ideal.

Update - I’m getting a miniature dachshund in July so need someone who likes pups!!

About the flat:
The flat is fully furnished and is spot bang in the middle of Herne Hill and Brixton. The area is lovely, with Brockwell Park a 5 minute walk away and all the amenities, bars and restaurants of Brixton a short walk away.

The flat has been done to a high standard and I can safely say it's a lovely place to live. Happy to share some testimony too! The room is cosy but there’s plenty of storage in the flat and it’s got loads of character.
