Double room in Herne Hill

Ideally looking for a Monday - Friday let, but I'm open to full time too, so get in touch!

Delawyk Crescent is a small estate of peaceful mid century modern houses only minutes away from Central London via Herne Hill or North Dulwich stations, both only a 7 minute walk away. The house is in a stylish and leafy residential area. You will find cafes, delis, restaurants and shops just a short stroll from the house. There are trains to multiple Central London stations or take a short bus or train ride to Brixton tube station to access the tube network. Parking is also easy if you have a car.

The house offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, one bathroom with bath and shower and three bedrooms. We have a lovely small garden. All bills and internet is included. Your room has a double bed, side table, lamp, cupboard, chest of drawers, bedding. I can provide a TV and also a desk if you need one, just let me know.

You would be sharing the house with myself (the owner occupier) and my 12 year old son. We are both vegans, we love to cook and chill out and watch netflix. My son is very mature, independent and quiet. We live busy lives, I am working as a drama teacher and studying to become a psychotherapist. We go to classes a couple of evenings a week. We are looking for a non smoker who is happy to be in a family environment, albeit a pretty chilled one! Bonus money off if you are a native French speaker! We speak French and would love to practice!
