About the room/contract:
The room is available already. It has to have a new tenant from latest January 27th. We will request a £715 deposit. The contract will be until the September 2020 - because I am transferring my contract to who is getting the room. It is possible to extend the contract after that. The landlady is very friendly and available if something is needed.
The house has in total 7 rooms, 2 equipped kitchens and 3 bathrooms with shower+toiled, 1 bathroom only with toilet and one of the bathrooms have shower and also a bath. The house has a huge backyard great for spring/summer BBQ with friends. All flatmates are very friendly and respectful.
