Room available in big Herne Hill house!

We're looking for a great new housemate to take my room in our lovely big Herne Hill House!
I'm moving home for a few months so we need someone as soon as possible, ideally staying 4-5 months starting in March or April.

Here's all the details:

- DOUBLE-BED ROOM - has good storage spaces, is well heated, and gets lots of light from the window.

- THE HOUSE - 5 bed house, 2 bathrooms incl. 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath. A Large shared lounge with sofas, a large garden, a pantry and a kitchen.

- HOUSEMATES - Living with 4 really lovely guys! All working professionals (Doctors and working in Trade Policy). There's also an option to contribute towards a fortnightly communal shop for shared house essentials.

- THE AREA - A really nice area with lots of families and community businesses and events. Right next to Brockwell Park and Lido, Herne Hill Market and lots of nearby spots for eating and drinking out!

- SHOPS - Within 1 min walk of Sainbury's/Tesco/Costcutter/Bl ackbird Bakery/Market

- TRANSPORT - Within walking distance of Brixton for Victoria line underground, and Denmark Hill for alternate Overground. Only 20 mins from London City Centre by train. There's also a Bus stop right outside the house.
