Hello, my flatmate Emma is moving to Oxford so I'm looking for a new person to move in. The flat is on the ground floor in a very good location in Herne Hill, just an 8 minute walk to Herne Hill station (with direct train links to Victoria & Blackfriars) and we are directly opposite the lovely Brockwell Park. The room is a decent size, with a double bed, built-in wardrobe & chest of drawers, and it overlooks the private back garden. Spacious kitchen with a dining area at one end, the lounge is bright and looks out onto the park. Good sized bathroom with fantastic power shower and wooden flooring throughout. The garden is great in the summer, lots of space to plant things should you have green fingers!

The rent is £750 pcm
Council Tax is £55 each pcm
TV licence is £7 each pcm
Wifi is £9 each pcm
Water bill isn’t expensive and comes out every 6 months. The gas & electric aren’t too expensive either, they come out quarterly and are split 50/50.

Ideally it would be great for someone to move in on or around the beginning of June. The deposit is £750 + 1 month’s rent.

I’m looking for a tidy, friendly, easy going person to move in. Someone who likes a bit of time to themselves but who is also sociable and likes a chat and a laugh. I’m 36, I work fairly long hours so I’m not always around, I like the usual things - music, gigs, love films, theatre, reading, climbing, gym, watching rugby, and socialising with friends.
