Hi everyone!
Our home is a 4 bedroom split level flat, with communal kitchen and living room. The bedroom available is a double and has an en-suite for £740 per month. It has great natural light, is spacious and has plenty of storage.
We live less than a 10 minute walk away from Brixton tube station and we're very close to Brixton Village. We're also 10 minutes from Herne Hill station in the other direction and in walking distance of Brockwell Park.
The 3 of us all work a standard Monday to Friday and are ideally looking for a new flat mate who works similar hours. We are sociable and laid back and enjoy a Netflix binge! We try to keep the house tidy and we like to have friends over.
The rent includes most bills, however we pay gas/electricity quarterly and TV license and water yearly. We also have a weekly cleaner which is included in the rent.
The room is available from 1st July but can be flexible if needed.
