I’m offering a 2nd-floor double room in a pleasant house in a quiet side street, smartly decorated and furnished.

AVAILABLE on 15th July.

VACCINATION Only people vaccinated against Covid, or in the process of getting vaccinated, considered.

LOCATION

Close to Brockwell Park, Herne Hill (Zone 2) and Tulse Hill Stations, many bus routes, and the shops, bars, and restaurants in Herne Hill. 5 minutes walk to the centre of Herne Hill, and 15 minutes on the bus to Brixton Underground. Small shops just round the corner.

THE ROOM

The room has a wardrobe, cupboard, desk, chair, and easy chair, as well as the double bed. Rent is all inclusive, even cleaning.

SHARED SPACE

You will have the share of a bathroom, large kitchen and diner, and good-sized sunny garden with tables and chairs. You also have use of a shower, equipment in the cellar, and storage space in the loft if you need it.

THE HOUSEHOLD

There will be 3 tenants as well as myself. The existing tenants are women. I’m technically a retired guy, but I work from home and so I’m here much of the time. I’m looking for people who would normally go out to work daytimes, but might be working from home sometimes..
