Bright room in lovely household

Good sized, unfurnished bright room in Herne Hill available.
The flat is a 3 bedroom with a fantastic shared garden within a big old house.

Currently looking for a 3rd person to join our little crew and would love to find somebody on the same wavelength as us.

About us: I work in the wine industry and Jenny works in theatre and child care. We have both pretty busy schedules and work fairly irregular hours (a mix of 10am-7pm or starting a bit earlier/later and finishing a bit earlier/later) and work from home a couple of days a week.

The ideal flatmate: female preferred but open to anybody cool, late 20's to mid 30's professional working fairly reasonable daytime hours (preferably not from home).

We are very house proud/ clean and that's a must be for the future flatmate.
Also, not a party house in the slightest.

Bills are around £200 x month.
