A very light and spacious double room available in a three bedroom house in Herne Hill, Railton Road. The room is available from the 1st December.

The room is on the top floor of the house, with three windows. It comes unfurnished but does has two clothing rails fitted into the alcoves and an Ikea storage unit (see photos) It also has a lovely fireplace adding character.

Sharing the house with two other housemates, both professionals in the charity sector in their mid thirties to forties, currently working from home 9-5. The house has both a sitting room, separate study, a large kitchen and one bathroom with a shower/bath. The house also has a lovely garden which gets morning sunshine and as both housemates are keen gardeners the house is full of lovely plants.

This is a lovely house to come back to and not a party house. We happily enjoy a glass of wine or dinner together but otherwise have separate social lives. We're looking for someone thoughtful who respects shared areas, preferably on a 9-5 schedule.

Perfectly situated three minutes walk from Herne Hill station with Thameslink access- Blackfriars (13 mins) and Farringdon (15 mins) plus on to St Pancras. Also 10 minutes to Victoria station. Brixton station is an easy 12minute walk also.

Brockwell Park and Lido are really close by and Herne Hill has an excellent farmers market every Sunday.

Bills and rent come to £760 per months which also includes a bi- weekly cleaner.
