Double room available in Herne Hill.

Please note that the flat is being refurbed, so will not look like the photos listed here - Hopefully it’ll look much nicer when I’m done with it!

Your room: Available any time. I plan to furnish, but happy to leave unfurnished if you can move in sooner rather than later. Your room is freshly painted and will have new carpet. You have a view of the London skyline. Mon-Fri let preferred, but happy for 7-day lets too. Long-term rental preferred, but happy to consider short lets also. There will be a contract to sign and deposit to pay.

Travel: Herne Hill station is 10min walk, Loughborough Junction station is 11min walk. Herne Hill station is in zone 2/3, which has excellent links to central London, Surrey & Kent. The house is only a 5min bus to the Overground line for East London and 10min bus to Brixton for the Victoria tube line.

Green space: The house is a 5min walk from Ruskin Park and a 10min walk to Brockwell Park (which is huge).

Pets: I have no pets personally, but dogs and small fluffy things will be considered if you’d like to bring one (im a dog lover myself). No cats I’m afraid, sorry.
