I am advertising for a friendly and tidy housemate for this Brixton flat based in a perfect location near Brixton station (8 mins), Herne Hill station (5 mins) and Brockwell Park (5 mins) - which is lovely for walks and dog watching!

The flat (SE24):
Spacious, clean and homely 2 bed flat. The flat comes with Virgin TV, broadband, 2 toilets, spacious kitchen, living room and upstairs bathroom. Bills are all included, and that includes a weekly cleaner! The flat is over 2 floors and is much more spacious than the photos look! 😊

The room: is fully furnished with a double bed and has its own toilet on the ground floor - can’t quite call it en-suite though ;)

The flatmate:
I am an active person who enjoys playing sport, keeping active and socialising with friends. I enjoy going to bars/restaurants/markets in Herne Hill and Brixton at weekends and keep fairly busy midweek. I’m just looking to live with a normal person who I can get on with.
