Lovely, spacious flat in Herne Hill, only 5 minutes walk to Brockwell Park and Herne Hill station. Good transport links to Brixton, Dulwich and Peckham.  Really nice area to live in close to local coffee shops, pubs and both a tesco and a sainsburys.

The flat is very homely with a large communal living room and dining table. Added bonus of a really big garden which is great for bbqs in the summer and bike storage. The kitchen has lots of storage space and a dishwasher.

The room itself is fully furnished with a big wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, bedside table and blackout blinds.
The private landlord lives locally and is easy to contact.

You would be living with 2 professional women. Nicole, 29, is a teacher and Rita, 31, is a researcher. Both are easy going and tidy. They have their own friends and social lives but also enjoy spending some evenings getting group takeaways and chilling in the flat. Looking for someone who is friendly, chill and quite tidy.

Rent is £730 a month plus bills. A cleaner comes every two weeks. I am looking to move out by the 10th of July but there is some flexibility if you're keen to move in sooner.
