Hi I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom ground floor flat.  The room advertised is a large double room for £1016 inclusive. There is a third small spare room room which can be used as a workspace, so Ideal for someone working from home or city centre.

The rest of the flat includes a large lounge, a kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom - and a very long balcony.  It looks onto a beautiful communal garden - which is a great sun trap. Ideal for bbqs or just sitting contemplating life. 

We're in Zone 2 so there's good quick access to Central London. It takes 25 mins to get into Borough on the bus.  The train to Kings Cross takes about 20 mins and 10 mins to Waterloo. The location is directly between Brixton and Dulwich and it takes about 15/20 mins to walk to either. Close to several lovely parks including Brockwell and Rushkin parks.

Herne Hill is a great area with a Sunday market and lots going on in terms of good coffee shops and pubs.

 There is also a third flatmate - a cat called Quattro who has stayed with me for many years and is now quite an old lady. I have stayed here a long time  in this flat and work in the NHS.

 Looking for someone who is easygoing and friendly. Its a nice close community here in this group of flats with plenty of bbqs etc during the summer.
