11 minute walk from Brixton tube and 12 minutes to Herne Hill train station. There is also a bus stop just outside the flat which takes you straight to Clapham. 6 minute walk from Brockwell Park. 9 minute walk to big Sainsbury’s and other little shops nearby too.

The flat itself has a big living / dining room with huge windows and lots of natural light, and separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The room available is a good size double that comes furnished and faces away from the street.

Bills come to around £125 a month per person. No agent; we communicate directly with the landlord who lives abroad and is very responsive and accommodating. No deposit required.

I’ve been here for around 3 years now. I work for a start-up and am in the office 3 days a week. It’s a homely flat and looking for someone who is up for catching up after work and watching a good show together etc.
