The flat: amazing location in herne hill, less than 5 minutes walk to the train station and brockwell park. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/living space and an incredible private garden! There is plenty of storage space in the communal areas, side access to the garden and a bike shed out the front of the property.

The room: furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and mirror. It has been a good size for me over the last two years. Space for storage under the bed.

I am really going to miss living here and am only moving out to buy my own property. The girls who live here are Sophie and Rita, who work as a teacher and science researcher respectively. Both are really friendly, easy to get on with and tidy! Females would be preferred for the room but open to everyone.

Amenities: shops, brockwell park, great pubs and the station all within 5 minutes walking distance and a bus into Central that's right across the road. Would really recommend herne hill market on a Sunday too.

The admin: bills are not included in the rent advertised. The council tax is band c and the total monthly cost for bills is probably £100 -120 depending on the time of year.
