Mature Housemate Wanted for Quiet Herne Hill House

Mature, responsible housemate wanted for a quiet cosy house. The room comes furnished with a small double bed and a wardrobe, and is admittedly on the tiny side. But you'll get basically undisturbed use of the living room to compensate. The room overlooks our garden and gets plenty of light in the mornings.

The rest of the house is spacious with a good sized kitchen and one bathroom to share amongst 3. The garden is very peaceful with its own summerhouse and fruit trees, and is regularly visited by the local foxes and our neighbour's friendly cats. Our wireless broadband is around the 50MB mark.

As a house we're fairly independent and mostly do our own thing. Introverts are highly welcome and even preferred. No parties, and a minimum of visitors out of consideration for other people. We also tend towards night owls so if you're a very early riser/early to bed, you might not be the best fit.

The area is nice and quiet but with excellent connections into town. 5 minutes down the road is Herne Hill station, which will get you to either Victoria or Elephant & Castle in about 10 minutes, or you can go to Denmark Hill and join the Overground. Brixton tube is a single bus ride away, and we have three other bus routes basically on or doorstep - one of which goes right to the massive Sainsbury's on the other side of the hill.

Nearby we have some lovely parks, Brockwell Lido, and the delights of Camberwell Green.
