We a bedroom available in the coveted neighbourhood of Herne Hill, with unrivalled views of Brockwell Park. The large 4 bed house has a spacious and open plan kitchen/ diner/ living room, a front and back garden, secure parking and a secure garage. The french windows make the house a great spot in the summer for the occasional social gathering or BBQ, which we like to host every now and then. Oh, and we have a hot tub.

Room is large with an ensuite, and is furnished. Available for 3 months (no longer)

Bills:
£135 bills are included in the monthly figure which go into a joint account which covers all bills/ bog roll etc, there is often a surplus we like to have fun with every once in a while.

Area:
Herne Hill station is a 5 minute walk away, where you can get to Victoria or Blackfriars in 15 mins. Brixton town centre is also a 20 minute walk/ 5 minute bus ride away and Brockwell Park is just on our doorstep. We’re just a short walk away from the pubs, restaurants, cafes and market that the fabulous Herne Hill has to offer.

Working from Home:
We work from home 1-2 days per week. There is plenty of space for more desks.

Timings:
We’re looking to get someone in by mid October whilst two of our current housemates are away for 6 months (possibly more)

About us:
We are friends who studied together at the University of Nottingham, aged 30-31, looking for someone to join our gang. We both work full time so the weeks tend to be chilled (although not opposed to mid-week drinks), but we do like to get silly at the weekend. We enjoy keeping fit and healthy, making the most of Brockwell Lido just around the corner and the tennis courts in Brockwell Park, as well as being spoilt for choice of parks to run around nearby. We also like to make use of the great local pubs and restaurants in Herne Hill and South London. More house plants always welcome.
