Available is a spacious double room in a bright, airy flat with stripped floors throughout. The room is unfurnished (but furnishings can be found easily if preferred) with a window opening onto the balcony that overlooks the gardens. The flat is in a block at the rear of the court which means it is very quiet here.
You can make the room your own.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. You may want to share a bottle of wine and chat of an evening or relax in your room either is fine.

My main interests are the art , but I also like to keep up to date on political issues.

The flat is located 8 mins walk from Herne Hill and North Dulwich stations and 5 mins bus ride from Denmark Hill (Overground). Brixton, in all its glory, is a 20 min walk or short bus/train ride away. Herne Hill has a weekly farmers market 4 great pubs, restaurants and cafes and the best park (Brockwell Park) in London!
