We are down to earth, sufficiently cool, laid back, and friendly people. Reasonably sociable and very open-minded. We have lots of interests; interior design, cooking, gardening, IT, movies, music, gym, cycling, PC gaming, astronomy, and so on. And most importantly an adorable little dog.

Travel routes:
Buses:
68 stops right outside and takes you to Waterloo, the West End & Euston. As does the 468 which takes you as far as Elephant & Castle, both also in opposite direction go to Croyden.
P4 stops 3 mins walk away and takes you to Brixton in about 6 mins or Lewisham in opposite direction.
Trains:
Herne Hill overground (5 mins walk) takes you to Victoria (8 mins) or Elephant & Castle (5 mins) and Blackfriars/Farringdon/City (10 mins) and Bromley (Kent services) in opposite direction.
Denmark Hill overground (12 mins walk) takes you to Clapham Junction in (10 Mins) and Victoria (12 mins) or Greenwich and Canary Wharf in opposite direction.
North Dulwich overground (8 mins walk) takes you to London Bridge, Shoreditch and Croyden in opposite direction.

Local ammenities:
Across the road there is a supermarket, dry cleaners, Pharmacy and a post office. There are also a Tesco Metro & Sainsburys Local within a 5 mins walk down at Herne Hill, which also has many independent shops, in addition to a Farmer's market every Sunday and no shortage of great pubs, restaurants & cafes.

There is no shortage of green spaces in the area, nearby the vast Brockwell Park is 7 mins walk away and the smaller Ruskin Park is just 5 mins walk in the opposite direction. Additionally Sunray Gardens with a large duck pond only 3-4 mins walk.
