Hi there. I'm looking for an easy-going flatmate to share my flat in a Victorian conversion in Herne Hill.
We are close to the lovely Brockwell Park and both Herne Hill and Tulse Hill stations, with swift access into London Bridge, Kings Cross, Farringdon and Victoria, as well as a ten minute bus ride into Brixton for the tube. New restaurants and pubs are popping up all over the place round here, there is a great gym nearby and the Lido for the summer months. For food lovers the farmers market on Sundays offers a great choice of shopping for the week.
Your bedroom is a good sized double with a garden view and lots of storage space. The living room is bright and modern, with a well equipped kitchen next door. I'm a busy 34 year old professional working in the charity sector, so am not always around but it would be great to share with someone who has similar interests. I like tennis, cycling, yoga, going out and the cinema.
The kitchen is well equipped complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also fast broadband.
