Double room w/views in beautiful house (Mon-Fri)

MONDAY to FRIDAY LET ONLY.
Double room in beautiful, spacious and recently refurbed victorian house. The room is on the top floor and has views out of the velux window and lovely sunsets. The bathroom would be shared with just one other lodger. There is off road parking and bills and council tax would be included.

We are a family (parents in their forties/fifties) with 2 well behaved boys (18 and 15). We are sociable and easy going people. We are looking for a Monday to Friday lodger who is friendly, fairly self sufficient and tidy.

We are situated close to Herne Hill train station which is great for Victoria or the City and also 10 mins walk to North Dulwich for London Bridge or Denmark hill is 15 mins walk for the London Overground line (effectively a tube line). Brixton tube is 1 min on the train or 20 mins walk or a quck bus ride. There are also numerous bus routes. There's a Sainsbury Local and Tesco Metro between the station and our house. Herne Hill benefits from a large variety of local shops, restaurants and pubs too. Brockwell park is near and is a lovely hilly park with views over London. There is also Brockwell lido and gym in the park.
