Need a place for a month, to get to know London from? This flat is perfect, and near to lovely parks and an outdoor swimming pool, and the nightlife of Brixton! Only 10 minutes bus to Brixton Tube on the Victoria Line which runs all night on weekends.

This is a large double room, with king size bed and a desk. It is a lovely breezy flat, with all the window looking out onto the huge garden. We have a living room and a cat also. It is near to Herne Hill and Brockwell park and lido, a great location for the summer.

Please note// I have things stored in the cupboards, so I have reduced the price and taken off the price for bills/ council tax. Normally the total would be closer to £700, so it is very cheap! I will leave free space on the shelves for you to use. But it is a large room, and there is plenty of space.

Share with two women in their 30's, who work in the arts/ Masters students in arts.

LOCATION - 10 minute bus to Brixton Tube to Victoria Line. 5 mins to Tulse Hill station with trains to Farringdon and Blackfriars Stations. Near to Herne Hill village full of coffee shops and beautiful Brockwell park and the Lido for swimming! Near to Peckham, Camberwell, Brixton for pubs, bars and art galleries.

We're looking for someone who is friendly and relaxed, and is considerate of other house mates.

THE FLAT -
It's on 1st floor of the back of a large detached double-fronted Victorian house, so it is quiet. A great building with a large entrance and staircase, it looks over a huge beautiful garden. Which is accessed by steps directly out of the kitchen. We have a living room space with a table to eat and two sofas. There is a cellar if you need to store a bike. There is a washing machine for clothes.

CAT -
We have a friendly cat, so you need to be non-allergic to cats.

ROOM -
The room is a medium sized double room which comes with a double bed and a wardrobe.
