Bedroom we are finding a flatmate for!

We are looking for a new flatmate for this superb and shockingly spacious flat right smack in central London. The flat is fully furnished and modern in style. The room we are looking to find a flatmate for has an en-suite, a large super king sized bed, a built in set of wardrobes and comfort cooling and heating systems. The flat has a large living room perfect for hosting get togethers, a washer dryer, a kitchen fully outfitted with integrated appliances. In addition we benefit from a secure phone entry system, communal concierge, and a lift service.
Both of us are working professionals and are very welcoming and friendly. The flat is incredibly close to key tube stations (5min walking to Holborn, 10min walking to St Paul’s, 3min tube to Liverpool St, 5min to Bank, 20-25min tube to Canary Wharf) which would make it perfect for both students and professionals.
Our old flatmate is intending to move out end August 2019 so we are looking for a late August/ beginning September 2019 move in, for a tenancy length of at least a year.
