Beautiful, light, airy flat in a leafy mews street just off High Street Kensington, with a lovely large double room, newly furnished for the incoming flatmate, with it's own patio balcony.

Available end of August / start of September.

The shared living space is large, bright and inviting, with a proper sized kitchen for those who enjoy cooking and a comfortable open sitting / dining room. Has all the usual mod cons, broadband etc.

2 mins walk to High Street Ken tube and 10 mins to Earls Court, 1 mins from excellent bus routes to the centre. 5 minutes walk to Kensington Palace Gardens for picnics and running.

Very pleasant local pub opposite the mews and lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk away and a nice little wine shop around the corner. M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco all 2-10minutes away.

Current housemates - myself a professional female aged 34, running my own business for the last eight years. I come with one characterful Bengal cat. (The breed is hypoallergenic and sneeze free). Would like a housemate to share a glass of wine and the occasional dinner with from time to time.

I'm out and about a lot with work in the evenings but it would be nice to come home to a friendly flatmate!

As with most normal London humans, I like yummy food, good movies, ballet and dance, music, theatre, parks, reading, galleries, understated bars, cosy pubs, dance of almost every kind, gigs of some kinds and a warm inviting place to come home to.
