Hi There!

A beautiful, bright double room in a lovely big clean two bedroom flat in Highbury. There's two bathrooms in the flat so you'll have the main bathroom for your own use. The bedroom has it's own cupboard wardrobe, and a set of shelves. Please note that it is otherwise unfurnished, so you will have to bring your own bed and chest of drawers - on the plus side you can make it your own! :)

About the Flat...
The flat is all newly painted, clean fresh carpets and neutral decor throughout. It's very light and bright as there's windows on both sides. In addition to the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, hallway and large lounge / kitchen, there's also a beautiful sunny roof terrace. In terms of storage, there's lots of cupboard space in the kitchen for your food, pots and pans and so on. Kitchen has all mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine etc... It's a quiet flat, as it has triple glazed windows on the side that faces the road.

About Me...
I'm a 35yr old female art director, working mostly with fashion brands . I'm clean, tidy and chatty, but also like my quiet time. I'm often busy with work and socialising, so home for me is a place to relax and chill out and I'm looking to to share with similar. I like to cook (or at least try!), I like films, music, art and making my way to the gym on a semi-regular basis. I'm aiming to create an easy going, happy home to live in for two people!

About You...
Clean, tidy, someone who likes to have a chat but also likes there own space and quiet time and has a similarly busy social schedule. I'm not gender specific, just tell me a little bit about yourself!

Transport...
Super well connected, about 7 minute walk to both Arsenal & Finsbury Park Station. Bus Numbers 4, 19 & 236 literally stop on the doorstep of the flat and the 106 stopping just around the corner.

The Local Area...
Such a fantastic area, so many lovely cafe's, deli's and bars to wander around. Clissold Park is a short walk away, Highbury Fields is a similar distance down the road.
