The Building

1 Large Double bedroom is available in a sort after area in Highbury. With less than a 5 minutes walk to both Drayton Park (Moorgate) and Arsenal (Piccadilly Line) stations this property isn't one to miss out on.

The room is spacious, has a large memory foam bed, built in wardrobe and comes fully furnished. The building itself comes with a friendly concierge and both a garden area and a huge roof top with views of the City.

The Flat is nice and spacious with a large TV (Virgin), huge comfy sofa, high speed broadband and every park/board game you could think of. You'll share a large bathroom with one other tidy flatmate (female) and the kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher and wine cooler.......

The flatmates are very respectful and appreciate everyone's space/boundaries. They are also a social bunch and are partial to a drink or two whilst putting the world to rights. You will be sharing the flat with 1 male (British) and 1 female (American).

I am only moving out as it's time to move in with my partner.
