One is bigger than the other (Large room - £800pcm / Smaller room £700pcm)

Smaller room available any time from 20th July. Larger room available from mid August.

You will be sharing with a fab professional female in her mid 30s (Jo).

3-story Georgian property with private entrance hall with plenty of living space including a separate living room, large kitchen diner and bathroom on the first floor. The second floor provides access to a private roof terrace and the third floor consists of 3 bedrooms and an additional toilet and wash basin.

Larger room is part furnished - bed (as pictured), one chest of drawers and wardrobe (ones in pictures belong to me but can negotiate).
Smaller room is fully furnished as pictured (blue bed cover).

Transport links are excellent - less than 5 mins walk to Arsenal and Drayton Park overground and approx. 15 mins walk to Highbury and Islington station.

The area is great. Close walking distance to Highbury Fields, Newington Green, Clissold Park, loads of pubs and restaurants and Angel.

The house is kept clean and tidy and housemates are very considerate. Often do things together but also enjoy own space.

Bills are £130 per month inclusive of internet, council tax, water, electricity, Virgin TV and a weekly cleaner.
