The room is a double room, with full bathroom next to it, which would be for your use only. The room is £900 per month and bills normally come to less than £100 per month. The whole apartment is furnished. The building is relatively new, the flat is on the 3rd floor, with lift access. We have a balcony that looks out at the Eremites Stadium, where you could potentially store a bike if needed. Our landlord is lovely, she’s very responsive and approachable.
The area is really well connected by transport and there’s lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We are less than 5 mins from Arsenal stop (Piccadilly line) 5 minutes from Drayton Park (great northern line) and about 10 mins walk from Highbury and Islington (over ground and Victoria line).
There is a tesco express about 3 mins from us and we are a short walk from Holloway Road.
