Double Room with Bathroom in Highbury Square

I'm sadly moving away from this fantastic room and house for personal reasons and to travel the world.

If you've never visited, you should check this apartment complex out, as it's the old Arsenal's Highbury Stadium that was reconverted into a residential area. Pretty cool, secure, and convenient (2 minutes away from Arsenal stop/Piccadilly line)

The room is a standard double with direct access to a huge luxurious bathroom, that even has a TV on it. Furniture including mattress are all relatively new and in great condition.

The flat is a good size 1000 sq ft, with loads of storage options.

You must love dogs, your future flatmate has a 5 year old pug (same as the one in Men in Black), and is a super friendly, charming person who loves to socialise. Ask her about her travels and she'll tell you all the wonderful places that she has visited.

The lease expires Nov 16 of this year, and she's planning on renewing as long as the option is still available from the Landlord. We can discuss in greater detail upon viewing

The rent includes all bills including a cleaning lady who comes weekly.

The complex is very safe. There is a 24 hr concierge.
