Hi there! We’re looking for a third housemate to join our friendly, social house.

Our house is a clean, tidy split level maisonette located on a quiet street next to Clissold Park. We have a lovely south-facing private garden, a dishwasher, two toilets, a piano and some nice speakers.

There is the option of two different sized rooms available - both receive lots of beautiful sunlight:

- cosy room with shelving (possible to remove if preferred) and built-in storage directly outside - £625

- large room with a built-in closet and two shelves (possible to remove if preferred) - £770

We’re a short walk from the charms of Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park and Highbury, surrounded by plenty of nice pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from.

We’re close to convenient transport links – Arsenal, Finsbury Park, Canonbury (Overground) and multiple bus stops.

In terms of who we are, we’re two 30 year olds, working in architecture and music. We enjoy keeping the house clean and tidy, and building a supportive, communal home. We love art, music and cooking together. We’re not a party house, but we’re always open to having friends over and hosting the occasional little gatherings.

It’s very important to us that our third housemate enjoys spending time in the house and building it into a loving home with us. If this all sounds good, please drop us a line and introduce yourself.

Move in date 5th August, but possible to shift earlier if you prefer.
