I’m looking for a flat mate in a 2 bedroom apartment in Highbury. The flat is located in a modern development in the heart of Highbury.

The property has a 24 hour concierge and CCTV, as well as a secure bike garage. The development is surrounded by communal gardens to which you would have access to. The development is private and well maintained by good onsite staff.

The flat
It’s an newly furnished flat in an immaculate condition. The flat features a big living room with an open plan kitchen and is fully furnished - wine fridge included.
Natural light is abundant and sizeable windows allow daylight to flood the apartment all year long.

The flat is located on the first floor and there is a lift in the development.

The flat has underfloor heating, so it warms up well in the winter months. Always a plus in London!

The room
The room is spacious and furnished with a double bed, bed side tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It overlooks the tranquil communal gardens.

You would have your own large private bathroom – as seen in the pictures.

The flat is located in the heart of Highbury and is a short distance from Arsenal Tube Station.

It’s a short walk to Highbury Barn, which is a small parade of independent award winning local shops and amenities, including Godfreys Butchers, La Fromagerie, Da'Mario Italian Delicatessen and the fishmongers. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around.

You would be sharing the flat with me – a 31 year old female who works in public policy. I am looking for a professional who would be happy to socialise and enjoy a glass or five of wine every now and again. I am out of the flat a lot, either at Barry’s Bootcamp or out being a social bee, so you would have the flat to yourself a few nights a week.
