Cosy room in the heart of Highbury - 1st April

Hello there!

I am Claire, a professional in my early 30th looking for two new housemates to join me in a lovely house!
With my current flatmates, we are getting along very well, we do things together, often involving our respective friends and former housemates, so I would love to have someone willing to get involved and take part in the house community as opposed to just renting a room.

The house is a lovely Victorian building located on a quiet and safe internal road. The flat faces East and West and it is spread over two floors, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, while the first one comprises a spacious and bright living room, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen and the remaining bedroom.

We are just a few minutes away from Highbury station where you can get the Victoria line as well as the overground and many buses going towards the city center such as the 4 and 19. A few minutes walk we also have Highbury Fields, which is a perfect place for a picnic/BBQ in the summer. The house is also within a 1-mile radius of plenty of great drinking establishments, restaurants, supermarkets & gyms.

There will be two rooms available. The one advertised in this advert faces East and offers a great amount of light. It will come furnished as you see it in the pictures except for the table and chair. It is a great value for money for the area. The rent is £800 pcm plus around £100 pcm of bills (council tax + virgin internet + water + gas + electricity) which makes £900 in total.

More about me. I travelled a fair amount in my life before landing here in London. I practice yoga in a nearby gym and love to walk around the city, discovering hidden places invisible to many. When I’m home I love to spend time in the kitchen cooking and trying new recipes. I also recently started drawing, going to different cool classes and live-drawing events.
About you. I am looking for someone (gender doesn't matter) who wants to be part of the house, tidy and able to clean after her/himself (very important this point), environmentally friendly with an understanding of the importance of recycling and energy conservation and multi-culturally sensible.
