Hi,

I am leaving my houseshare to go and live with my best mate and I need to find a replacement in my current houseshare. The house is in a very quiet street just off Highbury Fields and a 10min walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line & Overground) station as well as Arsenal Station (Piccadilly Line).

It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room with a Sky subscription (full package, included in overall rent) and a patio at the back where you can park your bike and have barbecues / beers when the weather permits it!

The room has a double bed, good amount of storage, sufficient space for a work station (see pictures) and overlooks the back of the house so even more quiet !

The other 4 lovely housemates (2 girls and 2 guys) are young professionals who are very nice, tidy and quiet. We often watch Bake Off or the occasional rugby / football game together too.

Rent is due on 15th of each month so I am flexible on moving dates

All bills are included (including Sky and a weekly housekeeper for common areas)
