The double room gets the afternoon sun and looks out over the park/garden and is £649 per month. There is lots of storage which includes built in wardrobes, drawers and fancy storage beds that lift up on gas struts to allow you to hide all your stuff underneath. All the furniture is fairly new.

You will be living with 3 males who all have full time jobs. The living room is a great place to hang out in the evenings with the balcony on sunny days.

Transport:
The transport is excellent!
Arsenal Tube: Piccadilly line -5 minute walk
Highbury Islington Station: Victoria line ,London Overground, Great Northern -15 minute walk (go through Highbury Fields Park)
Drayton Park Station:- Great Northern. -6 minute walk.
Finsbury Park Station:- Piccadilly & Victoria lines, Great Northern, Thameslink -12 minute walk
Plus there are loads of bus stops only a few minutes away.
