Looking to sort accommodation for the new year?
Hi there! Great, quiet property right by the old Arsenal stadium. The property is a really big, L-shaped apartment with a sunny, shared living area. It has a small balcony, perfect for some fresh air during lockdown, and even better, a communal garden accessed with a fob for when the weather warms up!
The area is well connected by the Picadilly line (7 mins to Arsenal tube) or buses.
You will be sharing with Nick - a friendly, relaxed house mate who is an architect. He's happy to hang out but very respectful of space and privacy.
George - PR , does not stay here at the moment(since March) but still contributes and has been in the apartment for 4 years.
Bills:
The bills are usually around £70-80 a month for council tax, TV license, broadband, gas and electricity. (The gas and electricity can change depending on the season)
