I've been living in this flat for the past three years with two good friends and the most excellent humans as flatmates. We're all professionals working in the games industry. When we're not working we like to be away from our computers, climbing, doing street photography or playing frisbee in the park. But we also have a large projector and plenty of board games for a cosy night in.

We're looking for someone friendly to take my room as I'll be moving out.

Our landlords are a lovely gay couple living in Brazil. We deal with a small family agency which have been an absolute dream. They've always been very responsive, flexible and friendly and we've never had a problem with them in the 3 years we've been here. A rarity in London!

Room used to have a small desk in it but I removed it cause I preferred working in the living room. The table can be reinstalled back in the room for anyone wishing to WFH.

Move in can be any time from 1st July. The initial contract will run until the 28th September after which you'd have the option to renew.

I get my keys for the new place on the 25th June so earlier move in dates are possible if needed.

Rent is £650.50 a month (bills excluded).
Bills and council tax come out to approx £70 a month.
